As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we’re making behind-the-scenes software enhancements to the Action network, a transition from using OpenVPN to Global Protect for accessing the Action environment. These upgrades will optimize performance and ensure a smoother workflow — building on the hardware improvements we introduced recently.
What to Expect: • Any impact should be minimal, but brief interruptions may occur • Updates will begin today and continue through next week • Changes will be applied automatically in the background to all PCs accessing the Action network
