Intermittent Email Service
Resolved - Microsoft has confirmed that the previously reported issue affecting their email service has been resolved.

Email services have stabilized, and we should no longer experience outages or delays when sending or receiving messages. If you do experience any issues with sending or receiving email, please go to https://linktree.actionlife.com and use the Contact Support link for assistance.

Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting Microsoft’s email service, which our company relies on. This issue may cause intermittent outages or delays in sending and receiving emails. Microsoft is actively working to resolve the problem, and we will provide an update once services have stabilized.

VPN Connectivity Issues
Resolved - We were able to identify the root cause of the VPN connectivity issues and have identified the affected computers. Since some of the identified computers are still connected to the VPN and haven’t noticed a disruption in their connection, our Support Team is reaching out one-by-one to ensure there isn’t significant down time while we restore/update each connection.

Identified - We have received multiple reports of VPN connectivity issues that result in a loss of access to the network drives (H/R/T). At this time, we were able to identify the root cause and we will be sending out a mass fix shortly.
