Update
Our hosting platform has identified the specific cause of the infrastructure incident and is actively working to restore full service. With nearly 200 add-on domains and our large multisite network running on a single account, the combination of background tasks and visitor traffic exceeded the server's connection limit, causing database errors and slow load times.
Their support team has taken immediate steps to improve performance in the short term. For a permanent fix, they have escalated the request to their technical team to increase the connection limit for our account. We will receive an update and resolution timeline from their technical team as they continue their recovery efforts.
While we await the permanent connection limit increase, please be aware that as traffic increases, visitors and internal staff may continue to experience errors when attempting to access certain pages, including admin-specific features.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide another update once services have fully stabilized.

Investigating
It has come to our attention that we are currently experiencing issues with our WordPress environment.
WordPress admin login is unavailable and we are unable to access the admin dashboard for any WordPress sites. Additionally, public-facing websites are experiencing slow load times, with all public websites loading slower than normal, including our HOA-managed community sites in WordPress.
We are actively investigating the root cause and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
