Update - Our internet service provider has been onsite since this morning and has been actively working on the network issue. This issue is not only affecting Action, but other customers in the area that utilize the same provider. The internet service provider believes they should be able to get the network back online this evening, however, we will not know more until later.

Please make sure that you are subscribed to our Status Page to receive updates on your phone to help determine where you may need to work tomorrow.

Supervisors – please make sure that your team is knows how to check Status for updates. For some departments, you may need to determine if certain equipment needs to be temporarily relocated to prevent additional delays.

Update - Internet services are still offline at the Corporate Office. Our internet service provider is dispatching a technician this morning. We will provide an ETA on resolution as soon as possible.

Identified - **FOR CORPORATE TEAM MEMBERS**

Earlier this evening, the internet to the Corporate Office went offline. We immediately contacted our internet service provider, and it was determined that the outage was due to equipment outside of the Action environment.

We have been informed that a technician will be onsite on Tuesday morning. Once the technician has arrived, we are hopeful that they will be able to provide an estimate on when the issue will be resolved.

Until that time, network activity in the corporate office is unavailable. This removes the ability to access email, network drives, websites, printers, and more while physically in the office.

This will not affect any team members working in a satellite office, on-site location, or working from home.

We will provide updates as we have them.

Supervisors – as this message is being sent out quite late in the day, please reach out to your team members that were planning on being in the office in the morning to adjust as needed.

Resolved - Earlier today, we became aware of an issue with receiving error messages in certain areas of SnapHOA – Management and My.SnapHOA regarding creating/viewing attachments. This issue has been resolved.

However, any files that have been uploaded/attached since Thursday that are still showing an error message will need to be reuploaded in order to view.

Identified - We are aware that there is an issue in certain areas of SnapHOA regarding uploading/downloading attachments (including, but not limited to, attachments to Work Orders, Violations, and Profile Questions).

Resolved - We are happy to report that all previously submitted support request emails for new issues and updates have now processed and have either created new requests or updated existing ones.

Identified - Earlier today, we became aware that all emails sent to a Jira Queue (including IT, Accounting, Corporate Billing, and QA) have not been populating in the Jira website since Wednesday, April 9th.

This includes emails sent directly to:
support@actionlife.com or help@actionlife.com
accountinghelp@actionlife.com
corporatebillinghelp@actionlife.com
qamailers@actionlife.com

This means that any new support requests created via email or any responses/updates to support requests added via email have NOT been received by the team tasked with resolving your issue.

Any issues created and updated through the Contact Support Link have been received.

All of the Jira Queues are now accepting new messages and updates. However, we are still working with Jira to get the historical submissions created since Wednesday to process correctly so that support requests can be updated correctly. If you have not received a support request number (IT-#####, QA-####, ACCT-####, CB-####), that email has not been received yet.

We apologize for the issues and frustration this has caused. We will provide an update as soon as we have one.
