Update -
Our internet service provider has been onsite since this morning and has been actively working on the network issue. This issue is not only affecting Action, but other customers in the area that utilize the same provider. The internet service provider believes they should be able to get the network back online this evening, however, we will not know more until later.
Please make sure that you are subscribed to our Status Page to receive updates on your phone to help determine where you may need to work tomorrow.
Supervisors – please make sure that your team is knows how to check Status for updates. For some departments, you may need to determine if certain equipment needs to be temporarily relocated to prevent additional delays.

Internet services are still offline at the Corporate Office. Our internet service provider is dispatching a technician this morning. We will provide an ETA on resolution as soon as possible.

**FOR CORPORATE TEAM MEMBERS**
Earlier this evening, the internet to the Corporate Office went offline. We immediately contacted our internet service provider, and it was determined that the outage was due to equipment outside of the Action environment.
We have been informed that a technician will be onsite on Tuesday morning. Once the technician has arrived, we are hopeful that they will be able to provide an estimate on when the issue will be resolved.
Until that time, network activity in the corporate office is unavailable. This removes the ability to access email, network drives, websites, printers, and more while physically in the office.
This will not affect any team members working in a satellite office, on-site location, or working from home.
We will provide updates as we have them.
Supervisors – as this message is being sent out quite late in the day, please reach out to your team members that were planning on being in the office in the morning to adjust as needed.
